Notes:

• A 10% Service Charge and 8% Government Levy is to be added to rates. Taxes & Rates are subject to change without notice within the contract period.

• All reservations must be guaranteed by Certified Cheque or major Credit Card. Reservations cancelled under 7 days of the arrival date are subject to a penalty of 40% of 1 night reservation and 3 days in the case of 1 week.

Cancellation Policy:

• A three-night cancellation penalty will apply if reservations are not cancelled 7 days prior to arrival in summer (17th May to 16th Dec) and 14 days prior in winter (17th Dec to 16th May). If bookings are cancelled within the cancellation period the total amount of the deposit is non refundable. No show reservations the cancellation penalty applies.
